Where will you ship to?

We ship all over the world, but require a full street address to assure proper delivery. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. Buyers within the United States and Canada will not be charged any brokerage fees, import duties or taxes. All other buyers should check with their government website for possible fees that will be incurred in addition to actual shipping charges.

How soon will I receive my order?

We will ship most orders within 1- 2 business days. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen. Several delivery options are provided for you to choose from within the shopping cart at check out.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, Sparcweld will send out an email notification informing you of shipment. This email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track your order delivery. You can also view tracking information on our website in your purchase history

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Payments via PayPal are also accepted. To pay by check, you will need to contact us and make arrangements in advance.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Your purchase will be taxed using the applicable sales tax rate for your shipping address. We do not accept Tax Exempt Orders at this time.


What is Your Warranty Period?

All Sparcweld products carry a 30-Day Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. We will offer replacements, an exchange or a full refund for items that meet our return policy procedures.

What is your return policy?

You must initiate a return within 30 days from the time you receive your Sparcweld products. In order to receive your refund –less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee– you must

1) Obtain a Return Authorization number from us: please call832-584-4064 and have your order number ready.
2) Send the product(s) back to us (including any accessories and components) in the original shipping box and follow our return instructions.
3) Put the Return Authorization (RA) number on the address label of the package. Please note: We will inspect your product(s) upon receipt and will issue credit upon our inspection. If the product(s) aren’t in their original condition or if some items are missing, we shall adjust the credit you receive accordingly.

What if my order is damaged when I receive it?

Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage, contact us immediately at Please provide your name, address, telephone number, order number, and the products involved and damage incurred within 15 days of purchase. Please also provide pictures of the product damage in question. For damaged merchandise, a Fed Ex claim will be initiated and a damage report for item(s) and a box will be needed if we require that you return the item to us. Damaged merchandise may not need to be returned at our discretion and it will be replaced in a timely manner.

What if I don’t receive the correct product?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at 832-584-4064 or via Incorrect merchandise shipments will be returned to us at our expense and replacements will be shipped in a timely manner.
